A Happier You® is a seven-week, fully virtual group wellness program designed to help participants cultivate evidence-based skills for enhancing positive thoughts, emotions, and actions in their lives. Created by Dr. Scott Glassman, PsyD, of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, this program is firmly rooted in the science of positive psychology.
The program covers seven core evidence-based topics from the field of positive psychology, including strengths, gratitude, kindness, and positive event catching. As a certified facilitator, I guide participants in using mindfulness techniques to amplify the impact of positive experiences and to fully appreciate their unique strengths, fostering greater well-being and resilience.
